Astrology of Now: Deep Thought

Friday October 10th 2014

If, like me, you find yourself plunged into deep contemplation in this post-eclipse period, you may find it useful to have your brain cells defragged.

Bach’s music has the purity and precision of a golden toothpick. He was born with Sun and Ascendant in Aries, exactly trining Mars in Sagittarius: sharpness and purity. Feel your braincells realigning as you listen to this.

Yo Yo Ma, who bows your mind into order, had the eclipse on his Sun this week — born October 7. His Libra Sun is opposite Bach’s Aries Sun, hence the perfect partnering.

And here is something astrological to ponder. Today, Mercury Rx is on the spot of the coming eclipse on October 23, 0° Scorpio, a place of potentially great psychological insight. What you think, hear or understand now may turn out to be relevant very soon.

Thank you so much for the music, Christina. I was feeling deep, and quite sad, pressure and sent away for some Prokofiev, but this was so much more the right thing. Another two hours of Bach tomorrow should be helpful.

Chiming in my thanks for posting the Bach Cello Suites. This is my first time to visit your site, and this is the first blog I hit upon. That you wrote up an astrology of Bach and Yo-Yo Ma convinced me right away to subscribe to your ‘scopes. Thanks for bringing this music to mind again. Will be a frequent visitor from now on. 🙂
