Astrology of Now: Open The Door

The New Moon in a few hours falls in the last minute of the last degree of Aquarius, the sign of the waterbearer, but the Moon certainly continues to be New as it slides into the ocean of Pisces. Something ends, something begins.
This is a threshold Moon. A potential-filled moment.
Both Aquarius and Pisces are signs of collective, but we move from collective thought to collective feeling now, from a fixed position to a fluid one.

And the monthly marriage of the Sun and Moon is not the only one taking place; Venus and Mars are about to embrace too. Right now they are close enough for kissing, but they actually conjunct when slipping from Pisces into Aries on Feb 22. Another beso in a doorway. This the alchemy of opposites, a chymical wedding.
Meanwhile, Jupiter the planet of opening doors, is sliding into a fiery trine with Uranus, the Awakener, in the final weeks of February.
For each of us, the landscape beyond the doorway will be different, a combination of imagination and reality, but the potential is momentous. Stay open to possibility.
